Australia ( a little bit bout Perth ) - Part 2

Perth is the capital and largest city in Western Australia with a population about 1.6 million. Perth is the most isolated city in the world but still managed to declares itself as a city on 20 September 1856. Perth is just like other cities in the world, with shops, cars, streets everywhere.....

I would said Perth is a small but with complete modern facilities and relaxing city. It is surounded by a big river called Swan River and 20km away from the Indian Ocean as well. People here are friendly and nice, we can just say a simple Hi to strangers on the streets and they will reply back to u + a big smile as well...keke.... they are very environment friendly as well, most of them will bring their own bags when do grocery shopping and they will keep the surrounding clean as well, which i think v can learn from them. Besides working, they know how to enjoy themselves, they love to drink, they will go pubs or clubs few times a week. If not they will make day trips with their caravan to outback area for camping and stuff. For those people who love nature will just hang around at the river or go to the beach and BBQ, swimming, surfing during weekends.

For weather, Perth has 4 different seasons per year, which is spring, summer, autumn and winter. Anyhow, most of the time will be sunny and fine.

Perth is also home to four public universities: the University of Western Australia, Murdoch University, Curtin University of Technology, Edith Cowan University. There is also one private university, the University of Notre Dame.

Next stop will be my university. stay tuned....
